2017

January - We didn't have any shows in January.  We did have a lot of snow!  Amy is such a delightful pup.  Missy left this month to her new home.

February - Nala and Freya attended Caledonian Show at Ingliston.  Nala took Best of Breed and Group 3.  Freya was placed 2nd in her class.

May - Freya attended SKC on the 21st May and what a day that was!  Under Judge Fern Sargeant she was award BCC and BOB.  To say we are over the moon is an understatement!

June - We attended Ayrshire Collie Club Open Show and Wendy had the absolute pleasure of showing Stregato Limited Edition (Coupar) who was placed 2nd in minor puppy dog and 1st in Junior SAC class.  His brother Rory came along to cheer him on.  It was lovely seeing these two boys again.

July - We travelled 365 miles to South Wales to attend National Working & Pastoral Ch Show.  It was a great day with a huge amount of gorgeous collies.  We met up with Margaret Scamp and the gorgeous Stregato The Maleficent at Marketdene (Jolie) who qualified for Crufts with her placings.  Freya was placed a very respectable 2nd in Yearling Class under Judge Steve Barret   The following weekend we attended Leeds Ch Show with Freya who again was placed 2nd in a big open class.  At 18 months old this girl is ticking all the boxes.

September - We brought a new blue male into the kennels - Orionsview Blue Knight (Bram).  Having another blue boy here at Stregato is marvellous.  Bram brings something new for our breeding.

October - We attended Midland Counties Ch Show with Freya and she pulled out the stops and was placed 1st in Limit Bitch under Judge Bev White.

November - We attended Working & Pastoral Breeds Association of Scotland Ch Show with Nala and Freya.  Nala was placed 1st in Post Grad bitch and Freya was placed third in open bitch.  Wendy had the absolute pleasure of showing Coupar today who was placed 1st in Junior Dog, qualifying him for Crufts.  Special thanks to Fiona for allowing Wendy to show him.

December - this month brought us a few storms, lots of snow and plenty grooming!
